1. Points are calculated on the FOOD total only. Any other sales tax, or fees added to the order are not calculated for rewards points. 2. Orders earn one (1) point for every $1.00 spent. Different promotions, specials or referrals may be awarded with additional points based on the promotion. Look for these specials by e-mail or on our web site! 3. Points are not awarded on redeemed awards, coupons, discounts, gratuity, sales tax or complimentary items. 4. Only the customer placing the order will be credited with points. Points are only awarded after the order is paid for. Canceled orders will not be counted. 5. Food Fetchers is solely in charge of your point total. You may see your point accumulation on the Customer Invoice that was faxed to the restaurant. Please ask the delivery driver for you detailed invoice. If you suspect an error please call us and we will investigate the error and adjust the points accordingly. 6. The Food Fetchers points contain no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash. Food Fetchers reserves the right to change this program at any time and/or discontinue this program at any time with one month’s written notice via email and a posting on the the Rewards page of the website. 7. Every month Food Fetchers may send you a Rewards Points statement via email showing your current points. This is an option if you would like this added service. 8. Only users who have placed at least one order with Food Fetchers are eligible to receive reward points. Only one individual with one email address and login may maintain only one account. You are responsible for verifying that you have one active account and that all the points are being delivered to your one account. 9. Points earned by Food Fetchers users may not be transferred to anyone. Points are transferable to a legal spouse only in the case of documented death of the member. Points are not transferable to another person for any other reason, including marriage, divorce or inheritance. 10. Reward Points will expire one year from the original log in and first order date. Any points that are in your account after that one year anniversary will be deleted. It is important that you cash in your points before the year expires. 11. All Gift Cards will be mailed to the users credit card billing address. No other address is accepted unless approved by Food Fetchers. 12. Food Fetchers. purchases the gift card direct from the business who offers their gift cards to customers. We make sure the gift cards do not have and expiration date However, if there is a problem with the gift card that you purchased with your Food Fetchers points you will have to contact the business that issued the gift card to resolve your problem. Cuisine2Go.com can not and will not intervene or negotiate on your behave to help solve your problem or dispute with the gift card. |
