Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, as the restaurant has already begun meal preparation.
Three Ways to Order:
1. Online. You can view the restaurant menus located in your delivery zone. Click the "Order Online" button. Enter the delivery zone by clicking the “click here” located just below the drop down box. If you do not know your delivery zone, click the link above to find your zip code which will tell you which delivery zone you are in. Follow our easy directions to place your online order.
2. By Phone. Dial 216-661-9100 or 440-878-1000. One of our friendly operators will assist you and take your name, address (including main cross-streets, gate/security codes, etc.), and phone number and will assist you in placing your order. Be sure to include any special instructions regarding food preparation at this time. Once placed, all orders are final. Your operator will give you an estimated time of delivery for your order. Generally, this will be within the hour, depending on travel time, traffic/road conditions, peak dining hours, and orders from more than one restaurant. Please allow additional delivery time for larger orders of $100.00 or more. You will receive an itemized, printed receipt of your order.
3. By Fax. Download our fax order form & fax your order to 216-661-9181.

How to Pay
- There is a $3.99 delivery charge for all orders, which is included in your total. This fee is not a courier gratuity. There is a $4.99 delivery charge for out of zone deliveries. Please check your restaurant delivery zones next to each restaurant. Any zone not listed may have a $4.99 delivery charge & a $50.00 minimum food order may apply.
- There is a $15.00 food minimum per restaurant.
- Multiple restaurant orders are subject to a $3.99 additional delivery fee, per restaurant.
- We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All prices shown/quoted are cash discounted. Non-cash prices are 4% over cash price. Restaurant coupons or promotions are not valid for delivery.
- A 15% gratuity will automatically be added to all orders. Please consider the efforts of your Mobile Waiter.
- Restaurants may change their prices incrementally without notice. Restaurant prices in this guide are delivery prices only. (Prices may vary from in-house restaurant prices).
- Some delivery areas may be subject to an adjusted delivery charge. Other delivery zones not specified may be subjected to additional charges.
